About The Workshop
This day is packed with creative fun. Come and create an acrylic painting on canvas inspired by the legendary artist Frida Kahlo, you will learn how to paint with acrylics. This is a great workshop for all ages – students will be split into age appropriate groups.

Thank you so, so much for everything. E has absolutely blossomed under your care and attention and it’s been beautiful to watch the confidence he now has with just even picking up a pen. We’re off to Tate Britain in the holidays (at his request!) and also he wants to visit an art shop to get some nice drawing pens!! I can’t recommend these classes enough, Sarah is so positive and enthusiastic and is somehow able to get through to even the most reluctant of artists, especially those who suffer with confidence issues or perhaps have talents outside academia. Art (and Sarah) allow everyone to shine and be proud of themselves which is something every child should have access to!

Come and create a clay sculpture inspired by the work of legendary artist Frida Kahlo – You will learn how to work with air dry clay – paint it and take it home with you. This is a great workshop for all ages – all students will be split into age appropriate groups.

ArtLife studio is fantastic, Sarah is engaging, encouraging and enthusiastic. She is a fabulously talented teacher with a wealth of experience, who sees and brings out the best in all her students. My children have been attending classes there for almost 4 years, during that time, they have been introduced to a wide range of artists, new skills and techniques which have been practiced and improved upon. Importantly, there is never a sense of repetition, classes are always fun and interesting. It is a highlight of our week and i cannot recommend it more.

We will explore lots of different methods to create a beautiful print that can be printed onto a T-shirt. This is a great workshop for all ages – all students will be split into age appropriate groups.

Artlife classes are not your typical art class – they are incredibly creative – teaching the children new techniques and inspiring them with classes influenced by different artists and architects from Gehry to Japanese artists I’ve never heard of. They come home with amazing sculptures and pictures, but most importantly, filled with enthusiasm. Both of my children have been attending the artlife classes for a while now and they really look forward to them! Would highly recommend.
